In 2024, Winchester Design & Build were commissioned by a private client in Tilford, one of Surrey’s most distinguished villages, to design and deliver the second phase of a transformative architectural project.
The brief was simple yet aspirational: to create a contemporary rear extension that would serve as the social heart of the home, a place to host clients, family and friends in effortless style.

Architectural Design and Delivery
