It included glazing replacements, full roof restoration, façade reconditioning, bespoke joinery, modern electrical and plumbing systems, and fire safety upgrades in full compliance with current regulations. Whilst every detail is accounted for by our inhouse RICS quantity surveyor and our planning team, particular credit goes to our experienced construction team, who handled the renovation with the precise level of care that a heritage asset demands.
